Over 25 years ago, I began my professional journey—initially as a software developer and later as a Technology Director-, with experience spanning multiple countries across Latin America. In 2008, upon earning my PMP® certification from PMI®, I discovered a true passion for project management. This pivotal moment led me to establish my first company, Sestra®, through which we have guided as a coach, mentor, and trainer over 6,000 professionals in their development as Project Managers and Scrum Masters.
