Through a rigorous process, candidates present their 3 best cases of support for the adoption of Lean OKRs in an organization.

This helps them ensure that they are ready to face adoption processes responsibly and supported by the expertise they have acquired in their learning process.

Requirements to become certified as a Lean OKR Consultant®

Present 3 documented cases of OKR adoption (Format).

Sign the consent document (Format).

Make the payment for the review of your application.

Procedure

Application submission

The Applicant presents the 3 documented cases and the consent document.

Bottom line

The committee will inform you of the results of the evaluation by email.

Case review by the team

A committee reviews the documentation and schedules an interview. If the committee deems it appropriate, it may request additional information.

Certificate Assignment

If you meet the evaluation criteria, you will be awarded the certification. If you do not meet the criteria, you can reapply 30 days after the final result is issued. This new application starts from scratch.

Interview

Virtual session in which the applicant presents the cases and answers some questions from the committee if necessary.

Evaluation criteria

The evaluation of the cases is based on 10 evaluation criteria, with a score of 0 to 10, for a total of 100 points. To pass the exam, you must have a score greater than or equal to 80 points.
