Program Roadmap

01.

Application and CV review

The Lean OKR Board reviews your resume, references, and other documentation that proves your OKR experience.

02.

Interview

The applicant is asked to get to know him or her better and to detail the conditions. Once both parties agree, the investment is paid into the program.

03.

Program Kick Off

Introduces all participants to the program structure, structures the work schedule (At the team's request) and answers questions.
