Lean OKR System Design®

Lean OKR is a commitment to bringing together the best of two worlds: Lean philosophy and the OKRs Model. This system allows us to address adoption processes in a systemic way in organizations of all types and sizes. To do this, we introduce our pattern-based proposal that allows high flexibility and adaptability to all types of teams.

This session aims to:

• Structure an appropriate strategic system for the design of Lean OKRs.

• Know some patterns to define Objectives.

• Identify some patterns to define Key Results.
